Sixth Street. After Planning staff's presentation, the public hearing was opened. Marion Reed, appellant, spoke in opposition to the proposed front yard setback from the inside edge of the sidewalk. Steve von Raesfeld, applicant, pointed out the front yard .and rear ' yard setbacks, off-street parking and other 'building footprint' details. SPARC Chairman, Byron Fauss, noted the Committee's .decision was unanimous. Earl Dolcini, 423 "A" Street, spoke in support of Mr. von Raesfeld's application. COUNCIL REQUESTS _ The expration_date of the ,AB-103 Committee was questioned.., . It was noted that traffic southbound at the McDowell/Washington intersection is backing up nearly to Longs. . Viacom is raising some of its cable television rates. This will be on the December 2 agenda.
