Uniacke Construction, 5698 Diamond Heights, San Francisco CA 94131 for
$198,793.29. Introduced by Lynn Woolsey, seconded by Michael Davis.

from Howard Street to .Petaluma Blvd. North (Schedule III of the bid
specifications) to the second low bidder Rodding and Cleaning Services,
Inc.., 2585 Nicholson Street, San Leandro CA 94577 for $52,698.00. The low
bidder, Maggiora-Ghilotti of San Rafael requested they not be considered in
the award because they made an error in their bid documents. Introduced
by Jack Cavanagh, Jr. , seconded by Larry Tencer.

REQUEST FOR SUMMARY VACATION
#2 SIXTH STREET
The City has an easement over ~a por.tion of the lawn area of ,property
located at #2 Sixth Street. Steve Von Raesfeld requested that the easement
be vacated. The City Council requested the following information:-from~:Mr.
Von Raesfeld for their consideration at the May 6 Council meeting : a
drawing of the 'footprint! of the .building he proposes to construct, in xthe
front half of the property. Staff was asked .to furnish more inforrimation
regarding the neighboring front .setback measurements and the type. of
residential uses that surround #2 Sixth Street. -

The Council recessed to a Study Session to discuss the Liberty Street plan
line, bed and breakfast zoning, and adult entertainment .zoning. .. ~ -
