INVOCATION !; Monday, July 2, 1984-- 7:00 p.m. Vice Mayor Reverend Richard McMillan the Petaluma Valley Hospital Chaplain led the prayer. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Mattei. IN MEMORY OF HELEN (DUMONT) PUTNAM Each member of the Council in his turn,, reminisced about former Mayor Helen Putnam who passed away this afternoon. City Manager Scharer capsulized all their thoughts by saying, "This is the passing of an era here in Sonoma County,. We have her memory to be with us as well as her high standards .
