AYES: Perry, Battaglia, Bond, Cavanagh, Balshaw, Vice Mayor Harberson NOES : None ABSENT: Mayor Mattei PARK PLACE SCHOOL SITE DEDICATION LOCATION EASTERLY 9 ACRES OF THE 14± BLOCK BOUNDED 1 BY BANFF WAY AND MARIA DRIVE The Old Adobe School District has responded favorably to the proposal of Quantas Development to deed 9± acres to the City and/or School District in exchange for the forgiveness of park and school fees which would be required for the balance of their developable land. The resulting land split would be 4.7$ acres to 5 the City 'and 4:.22 acres to the school. Council consensus was this park would be considered a passive park. Councilman Cavanagh moved and Councilman Battaglia seconded a motion to direct staff to prepare necessary legislation . C . S . urges the ,State Legislators to support AB-3636 which would amend §99246 and. §99400 and add §99268.12 to the Public. Utilities Code. This would reduce farebox recovery ratio in Sonoma, Napa and Solano Counties down from 14.76 o to 10 0 and would correspond to special legislation already enacted for "' '' several other Counties. Councilman Perry moved and Councilman Balshaw seconded a motion to approve the program .
