RESOLUTION #84-6 -NCS ' GONFLTCT OF INTEREST CODE Resolution 84-6 NCS repeals Resolution 8870 NCS in its entirety and reenacts the Conflict of Interest Code with the addition of the Airport Advisory Committee. RESOLUTION 84-7 N'CS. APPARATUS OPERATOR -FIRE DEPARTMENT Resolution No. 8'4=7 NC=S establishes the personnel classification title, job specifications and salary range for "Apparatus Operator" as a Personnel Unit 7 -Fire position . AYES: Perry/Battaglia/Bond/Cavanagh/Balshaw/Mayor'Mat-tei ' NOES: Vice Mayor Harberson - - --'-A~BSENT: None ~ ~ - _ ~ ~ - ' PUBLIC HEARINGS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK ' ' GRANT PROJECTS 1984-85 ' At the request of Planning Director Gregory Freitas, this item was continued to February 6, 1984. STAFF REPORTS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM _ The BUILDINGS and OTHER PROJECTS lists were reviewed. The final list will be brought before the Council for final action on February 6, 1984. RESOLUTION 84-11 NCS PENNGROVE AREA SPECIFLC - PLAN DRAFT The Planning Commission's recommendations on the Draft Penngrove Specific Plan (prepared by the Penngrove Citizens Advisory Committee) were considered. Bob Shaw, Chairman of that Committee advised that the City's recommendation to require a 20 acre per unit density in the area bounded by the NWPRR , Ely Road, and Corona Road differ from the Citizens Advisory Committee's suggested density of 10 units per acre. - The Resolution making recommendations to the County regarding the plan was introduced by Councilman perry and seconded by Councilman Bond. AYES: Perry/Battaglia/Bond/Balshaw/Vice Mayor Harberson/Mayor Mattei NOES : None ABSTAIN: Cavanagh (His family owns property in the area) .19.82-83 ANNUAL REPORT This was presented to the Council. January 16, 1984 8 REVENUE SHARING HANDICAP REGULATION NOTICE Assistant City Manager Gene Beatty made the notification that the '' City does not discriminate against the handicapped or disabled in employment or admission to City programs or facilities. The City Manager has appointed Gene Beatty as staff coordinator. He will report back in May on any corrections which may' need to be made. RESOLUTION 84-12 NCS SALARY RANGES CERTAIN POSITION Resolution 84-12 NCS amending the compensation plan for various classifications for the following po"sitions: Fire Marshal, Chief Building Inspector, Assistant Planner, and Recreation Program Coordinator .
