Housin~ and ~Liblic Works have coordinated efforts and funding to address this substantial safety concern for the children from Roundwalk Village who use tl~is crosswalk. Staff prepared pla~zs and spe~cs for installation of the lighted arosswalk. The notice invifiing bids was issued on April 15, 2009, and bids were re~ceived on. May 6, 2009. Tlle PCDC Comniission awarded a construction contract to W. Bradley Electl•ic (WBE) on Ju~ne 1, 2009, and WBE lias successfiilly completed the woik within the ap~~rove~d bud~e~t. 3. ~ISCCISSION: Stalf r~comme~nds ~~c~cep~ting completion ~f the construetioia contract, since the contractor 11as fultille~d all contract rec~uire~ncnts. The City Clerk/Recording Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to file a Notice of Conipletion concerning the Project with the Sonoma County Clerlc's Office witl~in ten (10) days of the date of this Resolution.
