43 voted upon by the Sonoma County Water Agency Water Advisory Committee (WAC), unless
44 the Council wished to direct him otherwise. There was no opposition.

48 Christopher Linnell, Petaluma, spoke regarding Copeland Crossing Bridge, would like to see it
49 named tor Bill Soberanes. Several relatives of Mr. Soberanes were also present.

51 John Cheney, Petaluma, stated that the flood fix isn't finished.
