While I cah appreciate the site's attractiveness to Dutra, I perceive fiery marginal economic benefit to the county or to Petaluma. To undermine this unique vvetlands ecosystem for such a use. seems misguided and short-sighted. Our firm accomodates many businesses located in close proxim"ity to the wetlandspreserve. One of the main draws for these companies is the opportunity fortheir employees to erijoy Schollenberger Park. The noise and other impacts of this project will compromise the bucholic setting and be a detriment to a cohort of valuable corporate citizens. Thank you for your attention and consideration Sincerely, ~~ ~ ~Qras~te paul b. elmore president .. ~ . ~ : properties 135 main street suite 1140 san Francisco, ca 94105 direcf 415.356.2002 main 41'5.356 2000 mobile 41'5:850.9949 .fax 415.543:2917 www. rnmpcoperties.com
