Baxter Mart n/. therefore, Mr. Martin was 23 appointed to the Tree Advisory Committee to Complete a Two-Year Term 24 Expiring June 30, 2013 (Resolution 2013-027B N.C.S.). 25 26 City Clerk Cooper 27 28 Mayor Glass confirmed that there was Council direction to staff to prepare on 29 item for the April 1, 2013 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting to appoint a 30 member to the Tree Advisory Committee to replace the member who is 31 expected to resign shortly. (Brown) 38 39 Mayor Glass announced that Council Member Healy would be participating in 40 Item 4.B via teleconference from his hotel room. Under the provisions of the 41 Brown Act, Government Code §54953, the following conditions will have been 42 met: 43 • The agenda has been posted at The Flats at Loyola Station, 1216 W. Arthur 44 Ave, Chicago, IL 60626, at least 72 hours prior to this meeting. 45 • The location at the The Flats at Loyola Station is accessible to the public. 46 • A quorum of the members of the Council participating in this meeting are at 47 a location(s) within the boundaries of the City. 48 • Any public present at the teleconference location may address the Council 49 during the Public Comment portions of the Council meeting. 50 51 Mayor Glass opened Public Comment on Item 4.B.
