HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 89-266 N.C.S. 08/21/1989FZ~s®lution No. 89-266 N.C..7. 1 of the City of Petaluma, Califiornia 2 3 4 5 RESOLUTION APPROVING FARES FOR THE ~ CITY OF PETALUMA BUS SERVICE 7 8 9 10 11 WHEREAS, the Transportation Development Act requires 12 that the City maintain a minimum ratio of fare box revenues 13 to operating costs; and 14 15 WHEREAS, the fares presently in effect which were 16 adopted August 1, 1983, will fall short of maintaining the l7 required ratio of fare box revenues to operations costs; 18 19 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that transit fares will 20 be in effect as follows: 21 22 Effective September 1, 1989 23 24 Regular Fares $0.65 (over 6 years of age) 25 Elderly/Disabled $0.30 26 27 Effective July 1, 1990 2s 2g Regular Fares $0.70 (over 6 years of age) 30 Elderly/Disabled $0.30 31 32 Effective July 1, 1991 33 34 Regular Fares $0.75 (over 6 years of age) 35 Elderly/Disabled $0.35 36 37 38 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that fares set by Resolution 39 9805 NCS are hereby repealed. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the_Charter of said City.
