Local=;Agency Forma~•tion Commission (LAFGO)h:pursuant ao::-the Governmen-t•C~ode; and, WHEREAS, on December 1, 1988, Sonoma County LAFCO considered and approved the application and negative declaration of environmental impact and has designated the City of Petaluma as the conducting authority and the City Council has been directed to conduct annexation proceedings without notice and hearing and without an election pursuant to the Government Cade (Exhibit A - LAFCO Reso. 1074}: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: The City Council of the City of Petaluma hereby orders annexation of territory designated by LAFCO as: Annexation No. 88-2 (Metcalf) (1 acre ±) located at 731 Paula Lane and as set forth in the attached Exhibit B (metes and bounds).
