WHEREAS, S'ection 59 of the City Charter requires the City,
Manager to submit a tentative budget on or before the first Monday of
May; and
WHEREAS, the City does not have a CityManagerpresently in its
employ and as a result thereof, the tentative budget is not ready for
submission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the requirements of '
Section 59 of the City •Charter relative to the submission of the tenta-
tive budget on or before the firfrt, Monday of May ate hereby waived U444-1
