APPEAL FROM RECOMMENDATION OF THE PETALUMA
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION, AS SET FORTH IN ITS
RESOLUTION, NO. Z3-62,

WHEREAS, an appeal has been filed on the 15th day of June, 1962,
from'Planning Commission Resolution Noq Z3-62, which Resolution recommended
the denial of proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance No 340 N.C.S. reclassifying
an entire block bound by Howard, Kent, Walnut tand Oak Streets from an "R-1” zone
or district to an "R-3" zone;ordistrict;
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED.that the City Council hereby
fixes the 2nd d'ay of July, 1962,. as the time and place. for the public hearing on said
appeal, and the City Clerk, be, and she is, hereby authorized to publish a notice
of public hearing in the Argus Courier in the form, manner 'and for the period
required by Ordinance No. 340 N. C..S.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, be, and she is,
hereby directed to file a copy of the notice of public hearing with the Petaluma
City Planning Commission and forward a copy of the notice of public hearing to
the petitioner at the address shown on such petition.
