WHEREAS, Me'City Council; has .recei-ved from, the Planning Commission
the application of Bill Thompson for a variance from the Zoning Ordinance No 340'
N. CS. with respect to the property known as and located'at 503 Sixth Street to allow
a 4 ftsideyard instead of required 5 ft. sideyard;
WHEREAS, the 'City.Couneil. has received from said Planning Commission
the resolution adopted by it at a meeting held on the 29th day of May, 1962, from which
it appears that a public hearing was held by the Said Planning Commission on said appli-
cation and notice given thereof in the manner,and for the period required by the Zoning
Ordinance No.. 340 N..C.S ; and
WHEREAS, nouobjections have been_made or filed in opposition:to said
application for variance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does,
hereby grant a variance from said Zoning Ordinance No 340 N,C. S. with respect to
the.property known as and located at 503_Sixth Street in the City of Petaluma, consist-
ing of the,following: To allow :a 4 ft. sideyard instead of required 5 ft. sideyard.
