HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 88-312 N.C.S. 09/06/1988_ ,` ~~~~ F~esolution N®. 88-312 N C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California AWARDING STAGE 2 ALLOTMENTS FOR 1988 WHEREAS , Resolution 88-65 process for 1988 whereby the in Stage 1 (March) would be regular meeting in September if it was found by the Counci in 1988; and N.C.S. established a two-stage allotment 100 allotments granted to the Muirwood project reconsidered by the City Council at its first and redistributed in Stage 2 to other projects 1 that Muirwood would not use those allotments WHEREAS, the Duffel Company has now requested 54 allotments for Muirwood for 1988 and intends to begin grading for the golf course as well as apply for a tentative map for the 54 units; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Duffel Company has complied with the terms of the development agreement between the Duffel Company and the City of Petaluma for the Muirwood project; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby reaffirms 54 of the 10'0 allotments granted to Muirwood in Stage 1 and redistributes the remaining 46 in Stage 2 as follows subject to the provisions of the Interim Growth Mangement System (Chapter .17.32 of Petaluma Municipal. Code): Anna's Meadows 19 allotments for the balance of the project (56 were awarded in March) Westridge IV 27 allotments for the balance of the project (69 were awarded in March) Total 4b~ Res. v~.....8.8.-.3.1.2........ n.c.s. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no allotments shall be granted in Stage 2 to Cader Farms and McBail (APN 137-060-19) in the Corona/Ely area as to do so would exceed the 592 allocation limit for 1988 and because the City Council has already determined that it would be premature to grant allotments in Corona/Ely at this time. reso.stage.2.allotments/resol0 Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
