RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STREET CLOSURE
FOR VETERANS DAY PARADE
NOVEMBER 11, 1988
WHEREAS, the Veterans Advisory Council is sponsoring the
annual Verterans Day Parade on November 11, 1988, and
WHEREAS, the Veterans Advisory Council has coordinated
the details of the
WHEREAS, the Veterans Advisory Council has coordinated
the details of the parade with the police department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the police
department is authorized to close certain downtown streets
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Friday,
November 11, 1988, for the purpose of conducting a parade
per the route identified on the attached map.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the Approved as to
