RESOLUTION TD SUMMARILY VACATE AND ABANDON A P"~~~~.v~~~~~soa
OF REDWOOD WAY IN THE CITY OF PETALUMA WHICH
PORTION HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY RELOCATION AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE SALE OR EXCHANGE OF
SAME TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS, AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY CONVEYANCE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Petaluma does hereby find
and determine that the real property described below is no
longer needed for street purposes, having been superseded by
relocation, and the same should and is hereby summarily
abandoned pursuant to Section 8330 of the Streets and
Highways Code, said real property being described as
followse
An easement for public street purposes over a portion of the
lands granted to the City of Petaluma, as described in the
document number 84065162, Sonoma County Records, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of lands;
thence South 04007'56" East 30.63 feet to a point on a curve
having a radius of 20.00 feet from which the radial center
bears South 15°47'22" East;
Thence Easterly and Southerly along said curve through a
central angle of 102047'21" an arc distance of 35.88 feet;
thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 290.00
feet through a central angle of 12048'41" an arc distance of
64.84 feet;
thence South 09048'40" West 1,88 feet to a point on a curve
having a radius of 280,00 feet from which the radial center
bears South 80011'20" East9
thence Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
23052'53" an arc distance of 116.70 feet;
thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 30.00 feet
through a central angle of 41049'47" an arc distance of
21.90 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said lands,
being a point on a curve having a radius of 400.00 feet from
which the radial center bears South 05°24'37" Eastg
thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
10°22'48" an arc distance of 72.46 feet to the Point of
Beginning of this description.
Containing 3,185 square feet, more or less.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or his
representative is hereby authorized to negotiate the sale or
exchange of said real property to the adjacent property
owners, and upon such sale or exchange, the City Clerk. is
authorized to execute a conveyance of said real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk 15 hereby
directed to record this resolution with the County Recorder
pursuant to Section 8335 of the Streets and Highways Code.
