Basis of A11'ocat~on of Assessments
The estimate of the total maintenancecosts per year were estimated
and incidental administrative expenses added to yield, a total annual
cost. This cost w,as then prorated-equally to 'the 58 lots., so that
each lot will share equally in the annual .landscape maintenance
expenses. (Forpurposes ~of this first. year's report, since. the 58
lots do not yet exist in the. County Assessor's Records, the assessment
was applied to the entire orig~irial parcel and will have to be
'!"segregated" to the 58 individual lots after the Subdivi ion Map is
recorded in the County Recor.ds).
