Basis of Allocation of Assessments
The estimate of the total °maintenance costs per year were estimated
and incidental administrative expenses added to_ y`eld a total annual
.cost. This cost was then ,prorated equally to the 58 lots, so that
each lot will share equally ~in the annual landscape maintenance
expenses. (For purposes oaf 'this first year's report, since the 58
lots do not yet exist- in the County Assessor's Records, the assessment
was applied to the entire. original parcel and will heave to be
"segregated" to the 5'8 .ind'vidual lots after the Subdivision Map is
recorded in the County Records).
