HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 88-159 N.C.S. 06/06/1988_ ,:, FZesolution No. 88-159 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE PETALUMA VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A.P. 136-120-25 AND SETTING A PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN DEVELOPMENT FEES WHEREAS, Leroy Bean, on behalf of the Petaluma Valley Baptist Church has requested one outside water and one outside sewer hook-up for A.P. #136-120-25; and, WHEREAS, on October 19, 1987 the City Council adopted Resolution 87-300 N. C.S. which granted the outside hook-ups subject to certain conditions and payment of fees; and WHEREAS, the Petaluma Valley Baptist church has requested to pay certain fees over a 5 year period and the City staff has negotiated an agreement to secure payment; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Petaluma concurs with the payment schedule in the Agreement (Exhibit A) and authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City. Th`e applicable flood mitigation fee as of the date .of this resolution `is. $13,275.00 and comunity facilities development fee, cal -dilated on the two acres currently proposed for development is $32,340:00. Payment schedule subject to negotiation with City staff and concurrence by the City Council.. (5) The ,project. shall pay a Traffic Mitigation Fee of $150.00 per average daily trip.; calculated by the City staff is to be forty trips per day. Total ,fees shall be' $6, 000.00.
