HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 88-049 N.C.S. 02/16/1988C, n ,,;n - Resolution No. 88-4~ N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California GRANTING THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH MOLINOLI FOR ONE OUTSIDE SEWER CONNECTION AT 669 PAULA LANE, A.P. No. 19-060-31 BE IT RESOLVED that the request of Joseph Molinoli for one outside sewer connection at 669 Paula Lane, Petaluma, A.P. #19-060-31, is hereby granted in accordance with the provisions of Title 15 of the Petaluma Municipal Code with the following provisions: 1. The applicant grants the City the right to go upon the subject premises to disconnect and keep disconnected the sewer lines or system, to prevent the discharge of sewage from the premises into the City sewer lines upon the failure of the applicant to do so, -or perform any of the following (a) To pay any and all fees required by the City; (b) To perform all the conditions of any permit granted pursuant to the application . (c) To comply with the provisions of all applicable City ordinances, and all amendments thereto. 2. That Applicant will deposit, prior to any connection to the sewer lines being made, the appropriate connection fees as established by the Petaluma Municipal Code, or adopted pursuant thereto. 3. The sewer connection and on-site laterals shall be inspected by the City of Petaluma Building Department after applying for and obtaining proper permits, to insure compliance with all the requirements of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Notification shall be given not less than twenty-four (24) hours before work is to be inspected or covered. 4. The applicant agrees to support any annexation proceedings initiated for the area. 5. Applicant shall, prior to sewer hook-up, pay appropriate sewer connection fees, per Municipal Code 15.40. 6. Applicant shall, prior to sewer hook-up, pay annexation impact fees. 7. An agreement shall be executed between the property owner and the City, to run with the land, which commits present and future property owners to the construction of , or payment for frontage improvements (i.e., one-half street, curb, gutter, sidewalk, water lines for domestic use and fire protection, sewer and storm drainage facilities to City Standards) , at the option of the City at such time as the property is subdivided, annexed or abutting properties construct similar improvements . 88-4 9 a<~s. n~ ..........................._.. n~.cs. 9. The applicant shall, if needed, offer for dedication sufficient right-of-way for widening of Paula Lane, subject to approval of the Public Works Director. 10. Within 30 days after connection to City sewer, existing septic systems shall be abandoned per the Uniform Building Code, subject to inspection and approval of the City's Chief Building Inspector. 11. Applicant shall extend the public six (6) inch sewer main northward across the full frontage of his .property, design and construction subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. reso. molinoli/reso9 Under the powex and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
