MJA:cw 1-19-88 of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE JOB DESCRIPTION OF CLASSIFICATION CITY ENGINEER WHEREAS the City Manager as the Personnel Officer of the City has submitted to the Council a revised job description for the classification City Engineer in order to bring it intA conformity with the present work assignment, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the job description of City Engineer is hereby revised to estab]ish the duties in accordance with the description in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this action is taken pursuant to Personnel Code 2.04.020 and Personnel Rulers and Regulations (Rule IV, Sectinn 5) for classifications of the Personnel System, that the notice of this action has been properly posted and that the City Manager recommends this acton. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution No. 7054 N . C . S . , as amended, and Resolution 87-189, is hereby amended to include establishment of the revised classification of City Engineer, effective February 1, 1988, with a sa]ary range of $3,321 - $4,872 per month, and assigned ~ Unit 8 (Management) .
