ESTABLISHING THE ELY BLVD./E. WASHINGTON CREEK CROSSING
AS PART OF THE 03-04 WASHINGTON AND E. WASHINGTON CREEK
MULTI-USE PATH PROJECT NO. C100401-3399*
(*FORMER CIP N0.03-9046-1)
WHEREAS, to qualify for TDA Article 3 funding, the City of Petaluma must
have an approved project; and,
WHEREAS, the multi-use path from East Washington to the Airport has prior
City Council approval through City Resolution 2003-107, except for the Ely Blvd./E.
Washington Creek crossing, where City staff recommends apedestrian/bike corral; and,
WHEREAS, staff is requesting the City Council to designate the pedestrianlbike
corral project at Ely and E. Washington Creek as part of the Washington and E.
Washington Creek multi-use path project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of
Petaluma hereby establishes the Ely Blvd./E. Washington Creek crossing as part of the
03-04 Washington and E. Washington Creek Multi-Use Path Project No. C100401-3399.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
