Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City. AYES: Sobel, .Balshaw., Cavanagh, Dawns, Tencer, Vice Mayor Woolsey, Mayor Hilligoss NOES : None ABSENT: None RESO. 87-333 NCS M_ EADOW PARK TENTATIVE MAP Vice Mayor Woolsey stepped away .from the dais and did not participate in the Meadow Park discussions because of possible conflict of interest. Resolution 87-333 NCS approving Meadow Park tentative map modification whereby the developer, McBail Company, would post security for the cost of the street construction through the Muelrath property and right-of-way, but not construct the street until the right-of-way is acquired or dedicated to the City. Barry Parkinson, representing the Muelrath family., and Michael Gallagher, ~ r-epresenting McBail Company, discussed the prop.oseel right-of-way acquisition for the completion of Wood Sorrel Drive. The property owner or representative, developer, and the City's representatives will schedule a meeting to work out the details of the right-of-way acquisition.
