AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
SIX NEW POLICE VEHICLES
WHEREAS, bids were received from Henry Curtis Ford and
Motor Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the low bid from Heartland Motor Corporation
was declared to be non-responsive to the specifications of the
police department,
BE IT RESOLVED that the bid be awarded to Henry Curtis
Ford for a purchase price of $86,195.20.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.

POLICE VEHICLES
Resolution 87-332 NGS approving purchase of six new police vehicles
from Henry Curtis Ford for $86, 195.20 and declaring, the low bid from
Heartland Motor Corporation to be non-responsive to the specifications.

M_ EADOW PARK TENTATIVE MAP
Vice Mayor Woolsey stepped away .from the dais and did not participate
in the Meadow Park discussions because of possible conflict of interest.
Resolution 87-333 NCS approving Meadow Park tentative map modification
whereby the developer, McBail Company, would post security for the
cost of the street construction through the Muelrath property and
right-of-way, but not construct the street until the right-of-way is
acquired or dedicated to the City. Barry Parkinson, representing the
Muelrath family., and Michael Gallagher, ~ r-epresenting McBail Company,
discussed the prop.oseel right-of-way acquisition for the completion of
Wood Sorrel Drive. The property owner or representative, developer,
and the City's representatives will schedule a meeting to work out the
details of the right-of-way acquisition. Introduced by Larry Tencer,
seconded by John Balshaw.

'MEADOW PARK STORM DRAIN PAYBACK
Resolution 87-335 NCS of intent to enter into a storm drain payback
agreement as soon as the final construction costs are known. The storm
drawn improvement will connect North McDowell Blvd. with the storm
drain ditch parallel with U. S. Highway 101. Introduced by John
Balshaw, seconded by Jack Cavanagh.
