of the City of Petaluma, California
AUTHORIZING GRADING FOR
STRATFORD PLACE SUBDIVISION
PRIOR TO FINAL MAP APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the developer, Mardell, LLC, has requested permission to grade the
Stratford Place Subdivision on Sonoma Mountain Parkway at Casella Way and Yorkshire Road
prior to final map approval; and,
WHEREAS, the developer agrees to comply with the City Grading and Erosion Control
Ordinance No. 1576 NCS; and,
WHEREAS, the developer agrees to comply with the Regional Water Quality Control
Board's policies, file a Notice of Intent and prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer agrees to enter into a grading agreement and provide surety
to secure the performance of the grading work; and,
WHEREAS, the developer shall obtain a grading permit from the Community
Development Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Petaluma that
authorization to grade Stratford Place Subdivision prior to final map approval is approved.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
REFERENCE: 1 hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was introduced and adopted by the Approved as to
Council of the City of Petaluma at a (Regular) (Adjourned) (Special) meeting m
