ACCEPT COMPLETION OF
PAYRAN STREET BRIDGE BYPASS DTTCH
PROJECT NO. 8691
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby finds that the contract work,
consisting of furnishing materials, labor, equipment
and services necessary for and appurtenant to the
Payran Street Bridge Bypass Ditch - Project No, 8b91,
awarded to Oak Grove Construction Co., 1214 Airport
Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA 95441, for X15,770.00, is now
complete; and,
2. That the City Cierk is hereby authorized and directed
to record a Notice of Completion of said work and that
thirty-five (35) days after the date thereof, a check
shall be issued to the aforementioned firm in the sum
of X14,770,00; and,
3. That said payment shall be made, less any amounts to be
withheld pursuant to valid Stop Notices.
