RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LOW BID FROM
ABLE MAINTENANCE, INC. FOR THE
REMOVAL OF FLAMMABLE LIQUID STORAGE TANKS
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the abandoned
flammable liquid storage tanks at Ellwood Community Center
and Lakeville Highway at Petaluma Boulevard North are a
health hazard as defined by State Law, and
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized such tanks to be
removed, and,
WHEREAS, bids were requested through the formal bid
procedures, and
WHEREAS, Able Maintenance, Inc., 51 Foley Street, Santa
Rosa, California 95401 was the low bidder in the amount of
X18,445.00,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council
authorizes the City Manager to enter into an agreernent with
Able Maintenance, Inc. for the amount of X18,445.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
