CONTRACT KNOWN AS CLARIFIER PAAhNTING.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council hereby fii}ds that the contract for the Clarifier!
Painting has been duly completed and performed by Chevron Painting Co. , in
accordance with the plans and:specifications' entitled "Clarifier Painting" approved
and authorized by Ordinance:No. 638 N.C. S.
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, be, and she is,
hereby authorized and directed to.record a Notice of Completion of said work,
and that 35 days after the :date,hereof a warrant shall be issued to said contractor
in the sum of Three Hundred Three and No/Dollars '($303. 00) balance due for '

said work as shown in the certification and report of the •City Engineer.
