BE IT RESOLVED by thei!City Council, of the City of Petaluma that it finds and determines arihd hereby declares that : The public interest and necessity require the acquisition, construction, and completion by the City of Petaluma in Assessment District No , 6 N. S., of a pubi lic Cmprovemeht: , namely, a sewer trunk line system, as, more particularly described in the proceed - ings taken by the City Council ' in Assessment: DistFr:ict. No. 6 N. S. The public interest and necessit,.y require the acquisition, and in connection w.tth said public lmprov men:c, of the rsa. property , of interests in real property, ,hereilnaftPr described . Said proposed public improvement is planned and located in a manner which will be mosticompa-tible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sturgis, Deny-Duik, Douglass and Anderson., Attorneys at Law, and the City Attorney be and they are hereby directed to, take such proceedings in the name of the City of Petaluma to acquire the properties -and interest as desi.g- nated hereinafter ;.
