C. SD to change certain land descriptions more particularly, the fee simple estate and Easements No. 1, 2a, and 2b to reflect changed location of certain of the improve- ment work contemplated within, Assessrnent District No, 6 N. S. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma that Resolution No. 3030 N.C. S. is amended to provide for'"the acquisition of the following described properties in lieu of the properties described in Resolution No 3030 N. C. S. for fee simple estate and Easements No. 1 , 2a, and 2b. The properties to be acquired are more particularly described as follows: A fee simple estate in the following described property: Beginning at the Westerly corner•of that certain parcel of land •conveyed by John Novak, Inc. , to Sonoma County Abstract Bureau by deed recorded October 4, 1960. in Book 1788 at Page 953, 'Official Records of Sonoma County, thence along the'Northwesterly line of, said par- cel N 36° 03° 19" E 60. 02 feet; thence S 53° 56° 41" E 107. 09 feet, thence S 36" 03' 19" W 60,,00 feet to a point on the, Southwesterly line of said parcel; thence along said line N 53' 56° 41" W 107. 09 .feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0. 148 acres 'of land, more or less, An easement for sewer main purposes in theifollowing described properties: - 1° :srb,31 ,Easement.No, 1. An Easement 15 feet in width lying adjacent to and Northerly of the following described line: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of. Lot 1,7 as said lot-i-S .shown on that map entitled "Novak Subdivi- sion No 1" , recorded in Book 69 of Maps at Pages 19 and 20, Sonoma County Records: thence Northwesterly across that certain parcel of land conveyed by John Novak, ;`Inc. , to Sonoma ()minty Abstract Bureau by deed recorded Oct- ober 4, 1960 In Book 1788 at Page 953, Official Records of Sonoma.
