Modifications in siting of the pump station to be constructed under these proceedings , which modification is de- scribed as follows : A change ' in location of bhe. proposed sanitary sewer pump station to a more westerly position within bhatiparcel df laid conveyed by ,John Novak, Inc . to Sonoma County abstract Bureau by Deed recorded October 4, 1960 in Book 173 8 at page 953, Official aecords of 'Conoma County, together with necessary mot if cation to the appurtenances and connections which are a part thereof, all as shown on 'Sheets 2:,, 3 and 11 of those certain plans entitled JIlissessment Dis- trict No 6 N.S . Improvement :Plans , City of Petaluma, California" revised August 16 , 1962 . It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Petaluma. that Sheets 2 , 3 and 11 of the Plans hereinabove referred to shall be changed accordingly, said proposed revised Sheets 2, 3 aid ii being on file in the office OE, the Cit Clerk of the City of Petaluma.
