AND ENGINEERS n � WITH RELATION TO THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AND EASE'MENT'S FOR THE PURPOSE OF RE-SITING OF' THE PUMPING. PLANT TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 6 N.S. ; 'CITY OF PETALUMA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of .Petaluma , Sonoma County, California., did, on the 17th day of September , 1962 ,pass and adopt its Resole ion of Indention No. 3051 N. C. S. to amend the 1 improvement plans and to amend; the Engineers 'Report with relation i to the acquisition of propertyiand easements for the purpose of re- siting of the pumping plant tol be constructed,., Assessment District No. 6 II. S. , City of Petaluma , California; and WHEREAS , said Resolution provided that Monday , the 1st i day of October, 1962 , at the hour of 8: 00 o' clock P. M. of said o day , is the time fixed as the ;day and hour , when and where any and all persons having any objections to the toremention:ed. proposal might appear before said City Council and show cause why said proposed changes should not be adopted; and WHEREAS , said Resolution. of Intention has been published in the time and. 'manner provided by law; ad WHEREAS , the hour of 8 : 00 o' clock P.M. of said day having arrived , and the matter having been duly considered by the City Council of the City of Petaluma; NOW, THEREFORE , BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma , Sonoma County , California. ; as follows : 1. The pump station' site to be constructed under these proceedings is modified as folii.ows : Change in location of the, proposed sanitary sewer pump station to a more wester* position within that parcel of land conveyed by John Novak:, Inc . to Sonoma County Abstract Bureau by deed recorded October 4,, 1960 in Book 1788 at page 95'3 , Official Records of Sonoma County , together with necessary modification to the appurtenances and connections which are a part thereof, all as shown on. :Revise'd Sheets 2, 3 and. 11 of those certain plans entitled "Assessment District No '6 N. S: Improvement Plans , city of Petaluma , California" , revised August 16 , 1962 . 2 .
