BE IT RESOLVED THAT Stanley Seidell, a resident of the City of Petaluma, be, and he
is, hereby appointed a rrietnber of the Petaluma Water Commission to serve until
the expiration of the term on June 30, 1964, or until his successor is appointed
and qualifies.
