WHEREAS, James: and Betty Morehead, Robert A., and Jessie,S. Carey
and Carey Bros. Construction.Co, have offered to the City of Petaluma a Grant of
Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Petaluma
accepts the Grant of Easement acs”described in that certain document dated October
5, 1962,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor, be, and she is,
hereby directed to pay to James; and BettyNorehead, Robert A, and Jessie S. Carey
and Carey Bros. Construction Co, the sun of $9511.00.as full and complete consider-

ation for the said Grant of Easement, '
