TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION IN THE MATTER OF THE
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE

WHEREAS, the public improvements :required in Linda Del Mar
Subdivision No I have not been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer
and demand has been made upon the Indemnity Insurance Company of North America
as Surety to complete the said improvements,and the said Surety has refused, in
writing, to complete 'the requfredtpublic improvements;,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.that the City Attorney, be,
