TO CITY OF PETALUMA OF UNINHABITED TERRITORY f DESCRIBED HEREIN AND DESIGNATED "PETALUMA NORTH ANNEXATION NO 4" AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR HEAR G ® PROTESTS THERETO.. Council of the City of Petaluma on the 18th day of February 1963. • BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA: 1. That pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, a petition signed by owners of not less than one-fourth of the hereinafter described .territory, by area and by assessed value as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of the County of Sonoma. was filed with the Council of the City of Petaluma on the 16th day of November, 1962, requesting annexation of the hereinafter described territory to said City. 1 2, That the territory which the petitioner requests be annexed to the City of Petaluma and which said City and its Council propose to annex, is situate in the County of Sonoma, State.if California, hereby designated "Petaluinal North Annexation No 4" and described as follows; 1 1 Beginningiat a point on the southwest right-of-way line of Petaluma Bouleva"rd North, said point being the Northeast corner of the Petaluma North Annexation No 2 • y nce Noe. 649 N.
