WHEREAS, the Planning•Commission-, pursuant to`Zoning .Ordinance No 662 N. C. S., did hold a public hearing and,caused notice of hearing to be posted and published as required by said Ordinance; and g c hearing t day of May, 1963, at the hour Aof :7:30 pl nnina Commission its hearin the 21s WHEREAS, pursuant to the said.hearing and after hearing all objec- tions to the said application and hearing the proponents;of said application, the Plan- ping Commission adopted-its Resolution No. V14-63 recommending the denial of said variance without prejudice, WHEREAS, the City Council set the 17th day of June as the hearing on the appeal filed by Chester Jacobsen and finds that the recommendation of the Planning Commission to deny the variance th ould be upheld. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application by Chester Jacobsen for a variance to allow a substandard.lot:area for additional dwellings on Parcel No 6 -371-27 in an R-1-6000 zone,or district, be, and the same is, hereby denied without prejudice in accordance with the recommendations contained lin the Resolution No. V14-63 duty ,passed by the Petaluma City Planning°Commission on the 21st day of May, 1963, II LiAder the',power and authority-con erred upon this-Council "y the Charter,of said City.
