TO PUBLIC USE THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR STREET

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the, Council of ,the City of Petalutria:does hereby declare its intention
to vacate and abandon and close to public use, pursuant,to and in accordance with die
I Street Vacation Act of 1941 (Division 9, Part 3, of the Streets and Highways Code) the
' easement for street purposes running across the lands of David G. Cader on West Street
in the City of Petaluma, and more particularly described as. follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 559 as
shown upon Stratton's Map of the City of Petaluma, and
' running thence'N 191 50'W 380.60 feet`to the southwesterly
I line of Howard Street as shown upon said map and the
actual point of beginning of the tract ofland,herein de-
' scribed to be abandoned; thence from said point of begin-
,
, ning N 47° 34' W along the southwest line of Howard
Street 216 feet'more or less to the southerly line of
West Street; thence) along the southerly line of West
Street N 85° 25' E 5. '69 feet more less to the north-

feet more or less to a point; thence S; 1° 50' E 97.75
feet more or less to the point of beginning.
BEIT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council does Hereby fix !Monday,
the 5th day of August, 1963, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p. m. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Petaluma, California, as the time and place for nearing all persons interested
,in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said easement for street purposes herein-
'before in this resolution referred to and described.
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, be, and she fis, hereby
)authorized to post this. resolution upon the bulletin board of the City Hall.
