HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 87-123 N.C.S. 05/04/1987Resolution No. $~-123 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California SUPPORTING A5SEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 56 SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES WHEREAS, the City recognizes the need for the establishment of non-profit community-based skilled nursing facilities : BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Petaluma urges the State Department of Health Services and the State Department of Aging to investigate and report to the California State Legislature by June 1, 1988, with specific recommendations to encourage implementation of non-profit community-based skilled nursing facilities; and, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Petaluma supports Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 56 as introduced by Assemblyman Filante and Senator Keene. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
