APPROVAL OF MINUTES - HISTORIC AND CULTURAL PRESERVATION COMMITTEE: Approve the February 14,2012 Historic and Cultural Preservation Committee Minutes. APPEAL STATEMENT: Within fourteen (14)days following the date of a decision of the Planning Commission, the decision may be appealed to the City Council by the applicant or by any other interested party. If no appeal is made within that time,the decision shall be final. An appeal shall be addressed to the Council in writing and shall be filed with the City Clerk. PUBLIC HEARING NEW BUSINESS- HISTORIC AND CULTURAL PRESERVATION COMMITTEE: Joe Tambe representing the Friends of the Petaluma River has submitted an application for Historic Site Plan and Architectural Review for repair and renovation of the south facade of the existing David Yearsley River Heritage Center located on the McNear Peninsula,within the boundaries of the Central Petaluma Specific Plan.
