HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions 86-211 N.C.S. 07/21/1986T ,y =~ . resolution No. s6-211 N.~.s. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND RECORD NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF THE KELLER STREET PARKING STRUCTURE, WHEREAS, Trent Construction Company, the general contractor for the Keller Street Parking Structure, has substantially completed the contract work required for the construction of said project; and, WHEREAS, DeLeuw Cather & Company, the project engineer, has filed a Certification of Completion with the City of Petaluma, subject to certain incompleted items attached as a "Punch List" to the Engineer's letter of July 18, 1986,. which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference; and, WHEREAS, said Engineer has recommended that the City of Petaluma file a Notice of Completion on said project as soon as possible; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she. ' is, hereby authorized to forthwith execute and record a Notice of Substantial Completion for the Keller Street Parking Structure. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City. As. you can see, there is very little actual retention to cover the remaining Punch List work.
