ENGINEER''S CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
Dear Bill:
In response t'o :the G;ty Attorney's letter of .16'July 1986
reque"sting the Eng'ineer's certification of completion, we hereby
submit the following certification'of completion.
We estimate the potential value of the work remaining on the
Punch,Lst (;see~le'tter dated 30 June 1986) .fo be approximately
$'71,500. As. you can see, there is very little actual retention
to cover the remaining Punch List work. ',
The project is for~all practical purposes complete and the City
should fil'e.a:not~ice of completion as soon. as possible. The City
should consider this letter and the attachment the Engineer's
eertificatori of` completion per spar-ag~raph 2D'. of the General
Frov"sians;con:tained 'in the-Construction Project Manual.
Very t°ruly yours, '
DE LEIJW;, GATHER' &. COy~'AidY .
