Our neighbors have reported being very disturbed by noise and extra traffic because of this commercial activity. We do not think that commercial activity should be permitted in a residential area when it affects the neighborhood negatively. I hope you will take the necessary zoning steps to curtail these activities so the residential quality of our neighborhood is maintained. Sincerely, Ian and Cindy Rawlinson
