To Whom it May Concern,
My wife and I wish to express our concern regarding the unlicensed bed
and breakfast at 511 Keokuk Street. Our neighbors have reported being
very disturbed by noise and extra traffic because of this commercial
activity. We do not think that commercial activity should be permitted in a
residential area when it affects the neighborhood negatively.
I hope you will take the necessary zoning steps to curtail these activities so
the residential quality of our neighborhood is maintained.
