Petaluma, as 'authot-izëd. by Ordinance No. 816 N.C.-S. , And to be done in accord-
ance with the plans and specifications entitled,. ."Washington Street-Bodega

awarded to Kubon Co. , whose. address is 39A Mary Street , San Rafael; California.,
' for the sum set forth in the written offer of said successful bidder , to wit :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the execution of contract with Kubon
