Corporation,. the developer of Petaluma Gardens Subdivision, has pe€itiened the Water Commission for the recovery of certain costs incurred in the installing of a twelve :inch water main on Ely Road; and I I WHEREAS ,. the Water. .Commiss'.ion,. upon hearing the appl'icant' s petition and 'nearing the Director of Public Works '' report and recommend- ation on the same, finds that'a Water: Benefit'DiStr.ict to be known as Water, Benefit -District Ne.. 2 ," should be farmed to encompass the areas shown on the attached exhibit, labeled-Exhibit ,' A" and made a part here- of as though fully set forth,',;and .further finds ,t'nat the applicant should be reimbursed in accordance With the Water- Benefit District provisions of Chapter 27 of the Petaluma City Code; 1 NOW, .THEREFORE, BE ;IT RESOLVED , that this Council establishes Water Benefit District Ne. 2 to be as shown and delineated on Exhibit ."A" hereinabove -referred to; and. i BE 'IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor be, and she is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with C.
