At An Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 27th day of June 1966 WHEREAS, the Ch.. S. Leasing Corporation has offered to lease a National Cash Register Posting Machine forla period of five (5) years at an annual rental of $3, 332, 00 per year in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease, a copy of which is attached hereto, labeled "Exhibit A"; and, WHEREAS, the Finance Director has recomire:ided• to this Council that the City lease the Posting Machine; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be, at:d she is, hereby authorized to execute a lease agreement in the form as shown by 'Exhibit A", with U. S.
