WHEREAS , the City Of Petaluma has entered into an agreement with
the State. of California for the 'transfer of. certai_n fire apparatus , which
agreement expired June 30 , 1966; and,
WHEREAS , it is desired to extend the said. for an additional
period of two years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an extension of an. agreement for the transfer to the City of
Petaluma of certain fire apparatus for an additonal two years beginning
June 30 ,. 1966 and end'i_ng June 3.0 , 1968 . '
