BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF-THE CITY OF PETALUMA:
/
1. That, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory
Act of 1939; a petition signed by owners of not less than one-fourth of the land in the
hereinafter described territory,, by area and by ass ssed value as shown on the last
equalized assessment roll of the County of Son ma, was filed with the Council of

described territory to said City. /
2. That the territory wht tt titioner "requests be annexed to the City
of Petaluma and which said,City and 'ts Council propose to annex, is situate in the
County of Sonoma, State. of California, hereby designated "Crinella Annexation No: 1
and described as follows: /
Being a portion of Lots .208'and 212, Map of Petaluma Rancho as recorded
in Book 21 of Maps at Pagel, Sonoma County Records, also being all of Lots 10, 11,
12, 13, 24, 25, 26, and/27,. and portions of Lots 14, 15, 22, and 23, Suburban Homes
as recorded in Book 2 of Maps at Page 18, Sonoma County Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginnin at a point in the existing. City Limit `line'which is the most southerly
corner of Pa 7 Lane Estates Annexation as the same is shown on that, map as recorded
in Book 73,of Maps at Page 34, Sonoma County Records; thence from said point of
beginninjand along the existing City Limit line N 54° 31°'-30" W 351. 43 feet to the
most asterly corner of Kresky'Annexation No 1 as the same is recorded in Book 73
of aps at Page 16, 'Sonoma County Records; thence continuing along the existing

city Liiiiii, line S 34° .25; 30" W 1062. 56 ft. to the most southerly corner of.
Minogue Annexation,No. 1 as the same is shown on that map as recorded in.Book
73 of Maps at Page 15, Sonoma County Recbtd-s; thente continuing along. said City
Limit Line .N 54 3P 30" W 742. 29,ft: to a point; thence 5 35° 27' W 219. 59 feet
to the easterly right-of-way line, of the U. S. 101 Freeway; thence leaving said
existing City Limits line and along a curve to the right With a radius of 3090 feet
through an angle of 2° 02? $4", for a distance of 110. 16 feet; thence S 20° 41' 05"
E 209,42 feet and S 22° 03' 10? E 579. 02 feet along said easterly Freeway right-
of-way line to its intersebtion With the northWesterly property line of Lindberg
Lane; thence S 43° 33' 50" ,E 40. 91feet across Lindberg Lane; thence S 22° 03'
10" E along the easterly right-of-way line of U. S. 101 Freeway 990. 52 feet to a
point in the lot line common to Lots 22 and 33 as the same are shown on that
Map of Suburban Homes as recorded in Book 32 of Maps' at Page 18, Sonoma County
Records; thence along the lot lines common to Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,
29, 30, 31, 32, and 33; N 35° 23' 45" E 2308.75 feet to a 3/4" iron pin and the
• most easterly corner of said Lot 27 and also being the most northerly corner of
said Lot 28; thence along the northeasterly lot,line of said Lot 27 N 54° 31.1 30"
W 553. 56 feet to the most southerly corner of Park Lane Estates Annexation as
above mentioned and the point of beginning of the above'described tract of land.
3, That the County Boundary Commission of Sonoma County, California,
did in session duly assembled on Tuesday, February 7th, 1961, consider the pro-
.
posed annexation boundaries of said "Crinella Annexation No. 1, " as above des-
cribed, and as submitted to said Commission by the proponents of said annexation.
4, That if said territory is annexed it shall beCome part of the school
district of the City of Petaluma.
5., That Monday;. April 17th, 1961, at the hobr Of 7:30 o'clock p. m, in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Petaluma, County of So.:ion-fa,
California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where any person own-
ing real property within the uninhabited territory above described and proposed
to be annexed to the City of Petaluma, and having any.objections to the proposed

annexation, may appear before the Council of the. City of'Petaldma and show cause
why such uninhabited territory should not be so annexed to the City of Petaluma.,
The protest must be in writing, may be filed at any time before the hour set for
hearing objections to the proposed annexation, and shall state the name or names
of the owner or owners of property affected and the description and area of such
property, in general terms.
6, The City Clerk of the City of Petaluma is hereby authorized and
directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be published at lease twice, but not
oftener than once a week, in the Argus'- Courier, a newspaper of general circula-
tion published in said City of Petaluma, the city to which it is proposed to annex
the aforesaid territory, said publication to be complete at least twenty (20) days
prior to the date set for hearing.
7. In the event there is, upon the land proposed to be annexed to said
City, a structural improvement owned, being acquired or leased by a county fire
protection district, the City Clerk is directed to cause written notice of such pro-
posed annexation to be mailed to the governing body-of such district, such notice
to be sent not less than ten (10) days before the first public hearing upon such pro-
