BE IT'•RESOLVED THAT the contract for the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment
and services necessary for and appurtenant to the installation of concrete driveways,
curbs and gutters in the City of Petaluma in accordance with the plans and specifications
entitled, "Vallejo Street Reconstruction East Washington to Madison", approved by
Resolution No, 2681 N. C. S. , be, and the same is hereby awarded to Reichold and Jurkovich
whose address is 13555 San,Pablo Avenue, San Pablo, California, for the following
prices as set forth in the written offer of said successful bidder, to wit:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon the execution of contract with
said Reichold and Jurkovich, which the Council finds is the lowest responsible bidder,
the City Clerk, be, and sheds„ hereby authorized and directed to return all bid deposits
and bonds of all other unsuccessful bidders,
under-the!power , nd%authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.,
