of investigation of the application of Foley and Burke to conduct a Carnival on the
Fairgrounds between the days of May 30th through June 4th, 1961, and has recommended
that the application for permit be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application of
Foley and Burke to operate a Carnival between the days of May 30th through June 4th,
1961, be, and the same is hereby approved.
