NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the claim of Mervyn Gossner and JoAnne Gossner against the City of Petaluma which was filed April 28, 1961, through their attorneys, Lounibos and Lounibos, be, and the same is hereby denied. under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City. / COUNCILMEN VOTE Seconded by-1.7 C/':: 1.2 Ayes Noes Absent I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and Marino P.
