7$>?`/t '/6(ailiVIF>i/tAA71/ WHEREAS, on April 28th, 1961, Mervyn Gossner and JoAnne
Gossner, through their attorneys, filed a claim for damages in the amount of Eight
Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($884. 00), which this Council deems to be without merit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the claim of
Mervyn Gossner and JoAnne Gossner against the City of Petaluma which was filed
April 28, 1961, through their attorneys, Lounibos and Lounibos, be, and the same is
hereby denied.
under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
